We're passionate about helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams get better at three things:

EOS Logo

  • Vision—getting everyone in your organization 100% on the same page with where you’re going, and how you plan to get there
  • Traction®—instilling focus, discipline, and accountability throughout the company so that everyone executes on that vision—every day
  • Healthy—helping your leaders become a more cohesive, functional, healthy leadership team

We accomplish these things together using the Entrepreneurial Operating System® process and tools to strengthen the Six Key Components™ of your business.

About Catherine

Catherine 87plus

Entrepreneurship is in my blood. I grew up on a century farm in central Iowa working in the family business each summer, and began my sales career in elementary school, selling all the Thin Mints® it took to earn a spot to horse camp!

It wasn’t long after college before side projects led me to co-found an internet marketing company, where I quickly experienced all of the challenges that come with running a fast-growing company. Although we earned a FastTrack Award and recognition as one of the Michigan 50 Companies to Watch, I struggled to find a SIMPLE way to run the business.

After a handful of people suggested the book Traction, I finally pulled it out of my stack of business books and read it on a train trip to Chicago. For over a decade since then, the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) has been an integral part of my life. I started off by self-implementing and eventually hired a Professional EOS Implementer® to help us master the tools. After selling my stake in the company, I joined the leadership team of a company that runs on EOS, and ultimately decided to become an EOS Implementer.

I remember when there weren’t enough hours in the day, or enough cups of coffee to get everything done. Don’t get me wrong, I still love a good cup of coffee! But what I love even more is helping leaders caught in that hard-charging, get-it-all-done trap, and providing a proven process — a roadmap — for getting to the other side.

When I’m not evangelizing EOS, you’ll probably find me swimming, biking or running. I enjoy competing in triathlons and other endurance events, enjoying being part of a fitness journey with friends and family.
