April Spotlight - Jason Tracey, Roar Consulting

April Member Spotlight - Jason Tracey

After dedicating his career to resurrecting a struggling small business, and developing the careers of several hundred sales & leadership professionals Jason Tracey was inspired to start Roar Consulting in January 2018.  “What I discovered is the business became my vehicle to speak in front of groups, make lasting impacts on the lives and careers of other people, to mentor aspiring leaders and it was when I was doing these things that I felt most fulfilled.  While money is necessary to support my family, and accolades like Franchisee of the Year in 2017 are fantastic it is the calls and messages I receive thanking me for the positive influence I have had on another persons career that I most cherish.”  Because he started his career as an entry level sales person working in positions from door to door, advertising sales, community organizing, and retail sales one of his biggest strengths is the ability to relate with the obstacles sales people are presented.  The same can be said for the many challenges, and mistakes that are made when elevated into a position of leadership.  Jason has an intimate understanding of what a sales individual, new leader, or small business owner must endure on a daily basis in order to survive. He has a strong history of thriving through the conditions, and coaching others to do the same.

“While our business is still new our start has been nothing short of exciting.  Right out of the gates we partnered with IDIC Broadcasting to develop Weekly Roar a social media video show focused on supporting those in sales, leadership, and small business.  This month we are presenting the Education Series with the WWBA titled “Moving Inches to Put Miles of Separation Between You and the Competition.”  We are also working closely with a couple of corporate clients and have developed a training titled “Identifying What Is & Isn’t in Your Control: Reduce Stress, Increase Results, Embrace Change, & Save Time”. It is amazing how receptive the market has been to our business so far, and I love seeing the results we have been able to produce right out of the gates.”

Roar Consulting Inc. is excited to work with small businesses, organizations, groups, and individuals that are looking to achieve greater results.  Because we believe that every situation is different, and not everyone is going to be a fit, our first step in the process is a no obligation consultation.  From there we will go through a discovery process to get a clear understanding of The Why, The Vision, &, The Obstacles before we move forward with The Game Plan.
