Wondering how to make sense of the new world we’ve been suddenly thrust into? You’re not alone. As Professional EOS Implementers we’ve been “Zooming” a lot lately with entrepreneurial leaders working hard to survive--and even thrive--in uncertain times.

During a tumultuous time like we’re in now, we’re hearing from leaders looking for ways to create calm, clarity and confidence as they build a plan to weather the storm. The good news is, there is hope! The tools we teach as part of the Entrepreneurial Operating System are just as helpful in good times as in challenging ones, so we’re making them available to the community at no charge in two ways:

  1. EOS Worldwide has created a special one-hour public forum to answer your questions. Join this facilitated session and learn from the wisdom of your peers as well as have the opportunity to ask questions. Several sessions are scheduled for April. Check the EOS Worldwide site for details and to register here: https://www.eosworldwide.com/leadnow.

  2. Schedule a private session with one of the EOS Implementers from the Ann Arbor Traction Training Center: (Catherine Juon's Meeting Link) or Marisa Smith's Meeting Link.

We’ve also put together a Coronavirus Resource Center to help you lead through this pandemic. In addition to the better-known business loan programs such as the EIDL and PPP we’ve included resources for State and Local grants and loans, as well as some unique marketing opportunities and other helpful resources—even a free meditation app you can share with employees.

If you’ve got a question, please feel free to reach out. We’re here to help!
