Take some time for yourself, find your breath and something to be grateful for and destress & detox with yoga with Roo at Revel Run. Everyone is welcomed to this light hearted, all level yoga class. Modifications are given, from advanced to beginners.
What to bring/wear: Yoga mat (not included), blanket or block if you want (not necessary), water to drink and wear comfortable clothing.
Classes at Revel Run, main floor of The Overlook. Cocktail or mocktail downstairs at The Foxhole and there will be a food truck.
All tickets include a beverage. Ticket Price $25 per person.
