Resolution Proposal: Changing "West Washtenaw Business Association's" Name and logo to "Washtenaw Business Association",
We will be voting on this change at next week's Quarterly Meeting on Thursday, July 18th.

1) The West Washtenaw Business Association (WWBA) has been an active and integral part of our community for many years;
2) The association's geographical focus has expanded beyond just the western region of Washtenaw County to encompass a broader scope of businesses and stakeholders across the entire county;
3) Renaming the association to the Washtenaw Business Association (WBA) better reflects the inclusive nature of our organization and aligns with our mission to support and promote businesses throughout Washtenaw County;
4) The proposed name change will streamline communication, branding, and outreach efforts, avoiding potential confusion regarding our organization's coverage area;
5) Members have expressed their support for this name change as it better represents the diverse and interconnected business community within Washtenaw County;
We believe that this name change will enhance our identity, visibility, and impact within the region and reinforce our commitment to fostering a thriving and vibrant business environment across Washtenaw County.
