The presentation is based on my 15+ years of experience in change management and culture in the U.S., Egypt, Turkey, Nigeria, and other countries. It explains the data-driven, results-based process I follow to achieve lasting change in both small- and large-scale organizations. This process includes a cultural assessment to identify pain points and gaps, change management strategy development, trust building activities, and establishing and applying measures and metrics to track the progress of the change initiative. The presentation describes the range of culture change and related initiatives I undertake, such as leadership alignment. It highlights case studies and examples to illustrate common friction points in culture work, including frequent pitfalls facing leaders and managers. Finally, the presentation touches on the role of disruptive technologies, particularly AI and its potential impact on organizational culture.
